FireKeepers Casino MI Review
Welcome offer
FireKeepers Casino launched in Michigan as the state’s tenth online casino and a new site for 2021. Owned and operated by FireKeepers Casino and Hotel, Battle Creek, the platform provider is Scientific Games, which delivers a tidy collection of iconic slots and tables.
It’s the first time this tribal casino brand has gone online, expanding FireKeepers’ business presence to players across the state of Michigan as a mobile and desktop casino. If you don’t know much about tribal vs. regular casinos, then one of the fundamental differences is that tribal casino profits are used to fund local development projects, like education and health centers, with only a tiny cut taken by the operator, so if you’re all about more ethical practices, a tribal casino is always worth the punt. What’s more, if you’re looking for big sign-up bonuses, there’s a 100% cash match deal on the table.

Welcome FireKeepers welcome bonus is a cash match deposit deal, which starts from $10 and is capped at $500. A nicely sized wagering requirement is attached at just x5, and the GCP for each game time can be viewed in the table above. With this bonus, the only thing to consider is whether you will clear the 5x wagering requirements within seven days of taking the deal. If you’re sure you can, this new player promo is golden.
FireKeepers Casino also offers ongoing bonuses across the casino and sportsbook, including reload deals, bet bonuses, and free play deals on certain days of the week. While the selection of bonuses is good, it’s not as comprehensive as you’ll find at Michigan’s most popular online casinos.
What we particularly like about the casino bonuses at this site is that the terms and conditions are transparent and fair.

FireKeepers Casino opened its virtual doors with a modest but well-rounded collection of games from Scientific Games, Lightning Box, BTG, and High 5 Games. This combines a mix of floor favorites and casino classics with more modern and vibrant styles that a range of casino gamers can enjoy.
Most of the games lobby are slots; you’ll find some top titles like 88 Fortunes, Monopoly, Bonanza, Defenders of the Realm, and Foxin Wins in the collection. Nested in with these games is a much smaller collection of table games from SG, including American Roulette, Blackjack, Casino War, Let it Ride, Texas Hold’em, and Zappit Blackjack.
While this casino lobby is more petite, most fresh-faced casinos start this way, growing and adding titles to their games lobby gradually. In the meantime, if you are looking for a more sizeable collection of games, check out DraftKings Casino or BetMGM Casino Michigan.
Mobile
Mobile rating: 4/10
FireKeepers Casino is available to mobile and tablet iOS and Android users via a download app. Overall, the app offers a pretty simple setup, making it easy to use with everything you need front and center. To start playing on the go, hit up either of the link mobile links at the top of this page and follow the instructions.
Payments
The payment options at FireKeepers Casino are more restricted than elsewhere, but this shouldn’t be an issue as you can still opt for credit/debit, e-wallet, or cash at the cage. However, no voucher systems or prepaid cards, like Paysafecard, are available, so if you are a cash-dependent player, you’ll have to rely on cash at the cage. Otherwise, the best option is Play+, which allows for both deposits and withdrawals, making for fast and easy transactions.
Support
The support team at this casino is knowledgeable and able to handle a range of topics – we know as we tried and tested the service. Overall, it’s a good, but not excellent, support service as the primary channel is the live chat without a phone option. There’s no support available from 12- 8 am, so should something happen during these times, you’ll have to hold out till the morning unless your issue is covered by the online help center (which covers various FAQs topics like payments and responsible gambling, etc).
Trust and safety
